Description:	I work independently work in communities and rural areas in assisting needy people by giving them legal counsel and advice especially to most vulnerable people like women and children not forgetting elder people.I have connections with well respected lawyers whom I work with by referring to them cases of those poor people who can not afford to hire a lawyer to present them.I also sensitize and educate communities of their legal rights to inherit deceased estate as it is becoming a norm in Malawi for members of a departed member to confiscate properties left behind from a widow and children as these people doesn't have any idea of where to go to address their grievances.Monitoring employees if they are adhering to legal standards of employment according to the constitution of Malawi which condemns the employment of children and if the law is broken it is my responsibility to confront the lawbreaker and take necessary measures to address the matter to the necessary authorities.I also volunteer in any projects in my area of jurisdiction in projects and other functions which are legal in nature and work as a facilitator in mediation issues in our area and surrounding communities where we work with chiefs to solve misdemeanour cases and family issues to minimise the backlog of cases in courts.
