We list public sector jobs, private company jobs, social enterprise jobs, not-for-profit jobs and multinational company jobs for which it’s difficult to recruit the best staff. Why Diaspora Talent? We’ve noticed that in many low- and middle-income countries employers and government agencies struggle to recruit highly skilled and talented workers in critical jobs, while thousands of quality and passive candidates in the diaspora are unable to access jobs announced on local media outlets in these countries. That’s why we started Diasporatalent.com – to bring together employers in low- and middle-income countries and a talent pool in the diaspora, to provide resources to people find a job in their home country or country of interest, and to help employers find and recruit the best staff across the globe. Diasporatalent.com is dedicated to achieving the following: Provide resources to advertise and match skill-shortage jobs in low- and middle-income countries to a talent pool in the diaspora. Establish a database for skilled and talented candidates to freely upload their CVs. Uploaded CVs are searched and/or forwarded to networks of employers and government agencies in candidates’ respective country of interest. Collaborate with partners, including embassies, national governments and national diaspora affairs organisations, to provide information and news updates on opportunities and incentives for returning migrants.
