East African Diaspora Association for Development I'm Tibebu Tefeta, Emerging Markets Business Consultant. I've a Master's Degree in Technology Management (MBA), Bachelor's Degree in Business studies and Professional Diploma in Organizational Management. I hold my SAP-Certification ​from IAL Institute für angewandte Logistik, Germany. I'm a Member of International MBA Alumni Association. I've deep knowledge of the East-African emerging and developing markets' business behavior, as well as breadth of geographical reach. My professional objective is to encourage private investment towards the East African Emerging Markets. I'm offering advanced business approaches and models as a powerful catalyst to create attractive business opportunities for those willing to invest in the East African emerging markets. In addition, I've strong interest and motivation to work in collaboration with other indivduals , groups and companies (organizations) to find answers to the most frequently asked questions by investors, like; "how and why small and medium-sized businesses are moving into emerging markets, which ones they are selecting, and what kind of operating environments they are finding?". Therefore; building and maintaining cooperative relationships with other business consultants and institutions is important element for developing trust in client-consultant relationships, such as the consultant’s credibility, reputation, experience and capacity. We are the East African Diaspora communities living in Europe, irrespective of our citizenship and nationality, who are committed to contribute to the development of the East African region through moblizing and organizing Diasporas either to encourage them to return or to use their skills, knowledge, or financial capital to promote the socio-economic development of their countries of origin. Our Association (EADAD) comprises - the East African Diaspora community in Europe including professionals, students, business communities, Individuals and groups - embodying expertise and investments in several key sectors including in ICT, Engineering, Energy, Agriculture, Environment, Education, Healthcare, International and Development. Moreover, our organization (EADAD) is keen to work with Institutions, strategic partners, diaspora organizations, non- profit and governmental organizations, bilateral and multilateral donors, private corporations, philanthropies and other individuals and groups who support our objectives.
