Palmetto Alliance for Refugee and Immigrant Services Who We Are The Palmetto Alliance for Refugee & Immigrant Services (PARIS) is a Christian humanitarian organization based in Columbia, South Carolina. PARIS, as a ministry of Asian Athletic Institute, has been granted tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 1.1 Mission To equip local churches in welcoming and integrating refugees and immigrants through ministries that are centered on Christ, rooted in local churches, and committed to financial sustainability. 1.2 Vision The flourishing of innovative ministries committed to effectively serving and assimilating refugees and immigrants through the local church.
