My fields research were: functioning of grasslands ecosystem; plant communities establishment, ecology of grassland’s species and grassland dynamics in the context of climate change. I’m struggling to pass from researcher to full lecturer and teacher in the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of the University of Abomey-Calavi in my country Benin before the end of 2016. I have some papers which were published and others which were submitted. My responsabilities and activities were resumed in three major activities:  research activities: field work and research implementation, data collection in ecology and grasslands restoration, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, projects elaboration on climate change and grasslands dynamic, publications and communication posters writing, biodiversity, exams supervision, marking;  teaching activities: controlled works and praticals doing for students in BSc, research assistance, aid for ecology and grasslands management courses in Faculty of Agronomy Sciences at University of Abomey-Calavi;  consulting activities: aid to districts concerning development plan establishment and others. I help BSc and new engineering students in management of natural ressources and climate change research. My collaboration with others institutions’ scientists will give birth to the creation of a research and exchange network on climate change and management of natural ressources in order to facilitate the West African communities adaptations.
