About Emile Codjo Agbangba

Emile Codjo Agbangba Emile Codjo Agbangba was born in Benin, a Western Africa country in 1984 in the district of Allada. He received in 2008 an Engineer degree in Agricultural Science with emphasis on Soil Science and Plant Nutrition from University of Parakou in Benin Republic. He worked for two years as Assistant Researcher in the National Institute of Agricultural Research of Benin. He received in 2012 a Master degree in Agroforestry, Ecology, Adaptations at the University of Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar, Senegal. He received a lot of training in mathematics and statistics and is teaching since 2012 applied biostatistics at the University of Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar and at the University Assane Seck of Ziginchor in Sénégal. Emile C. Agbangba is also preparing his PhD thesis defense in crop modeling and plant nutrition. He is interested in nutrition modeling, plant nutrient uptake, plant nutrition and ecology, foliar and soil nutrient norms and soil fertility diagnosis. In the context of a recent work, he studied factors influencing yield of important agricultural crops in Benin, assessing the consequences of limitations in nutrient supply to the crops using DRIS Model method. He is author or co-author of more than 25 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
