Alpha OB Diallo Senior Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance leader with over 19 years of experience leading national and international clinical trials, both as an investigator and a sponsor. Trained as Medical doctor in internal medicine and as epidemiologist by training , I am a scientific expert across oncology, infectious diseases (especially emergent, autoimmune diseases), pediatric specialties, neuroscience and cardiology. Epidemiologist by training, with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, medical affairs, drug development and authored over 70 scientific publications including over 50 peer-reviewed papers published in reputable top tier scientific journals. I currently lead a group of over 18 drug safety experts and am keen to leverage my skills, experience, motivation, and passion to partner with an organization committed to the continuous improvement of the quality of drug safety and clinical trial evaluation in order to ensure the safe and effective use of new therapies by patients around the world. I am also an expert in public health policy program implementation and lead for medical training of Pharmacovigilance physicians around the world and especially in Africa. My needs will be how to contribute to the decolonization of the research .
