Jamaican Women of Florida, JWOF Jamaican Women of Florida The Jamaican Women of Florida (JWOF), Inc., is a Florida Not-For-Profit founded October 2012 and launched in April 2013 as an organization designed to provide an outlet for Jamaican women in Florida to empower themselves through networking, mentoring and personal development. The goal of JWOF is to engage Jamaican women in Florida and also to give back to the next generation of young women in Jamaica by assisting in the development of leadership and personal skills to operate in a global environment. JWOF's application for non-profit 501c3 status is pending - filed Nov 2014.
