Association of Citizens and Friends of Liberia, ACFLi Association of Citizens and Friends of Liberia (ACFLi) The Association of Citizens and Friends of Liberia (?ACFLi?), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, was founded in Sacramento, California in June 1990. The founding group of Liberians and Friends of Liberia was motivated by the conviction that there was a need to promote understanding and cooperation amongst Liberians and Friends of Liberia in order to share Liberia?s cultural heritage and provide aid to those in need. ACFLi?s mission is to provide humanitarian services to those in need, and to increase cultural awareness of Liberia amongst Liberians and friends of Liberia.
