Latin American Cultural Association, LACA Latin American Cultural Association (LACA) The Latin American Cultural Association Inc (LACA) was established in 1993 with the primary aim to promote the cultural and artistic diversity of Latin America to both the Latin and non-Latin community in Western Australia. We have an active interest in all aspects of fostering, developing and promoting Latin American culture. LACA holds dance and music events annually to promote its culture to the broader West Australian community. Its committee works tirelessly to organise and put on these events and runs a number of groups that the general community can join to experience the various aspects of its culture; Fantasia Latina dance ensemble, Frecuencia Latina radio program and Tele Latina television program.
