Ghanaian Engineers & Architects Association of America, GEAAA Ghanaian Engineers & Architects Association of America (GEAAA) The Ghanaian Engineers & Architects Association of America (GEAAA) is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious professional organization of individuals of Ghanaian descent who have been educated and trained as Engineers and Architects, or in any related fields of academic study. Membership in the organization is open to all engineers, architects and computer science professionals and students of Ghanaian heritage residing in the USA. The goal of GEAAA shall be to organize and unite in fellowship the engineering and architectural professionals of Ghanaian origin to assimilate the arts and sciences of Ghanaian Heritage into the American Society to enhance the image and high visibility of Ghanaian professionals and to stand tall within the American mainstream. Mission: To identify the personal goals and Professional needs of GEAAA members and help develop and support them to enhance their career growth. To promote unity and strengthen the ties among members through closer interpersonal and professional relationships. This serves as a means to improve the quality of the life of Ghanaian Americans in the United States. To provide encouragement and support to Ghanaian students and graduates of engineering and architecture to obtain State Board registration. Advocate infrastructure and environmental stewardship to protect the public health, safety and improve quality of life. Seek equitable treatment of the members of the profession by legislature and other governmental body involved with matters of interest to the profession. Create a network of regional leaders empowered to host education networking meetings in their area. Identify leaders in the profession throughout the country.
