1.When do you get refunded?
- If as our customers, you purchase our products (e.g. premium membership) and if within 5 days after the purchase, you are not 100% satisfied with our product, please inform us for a full refund or exchange of product.
2.When you can’t be refunded?
- Similarly, if you are running ads on our site, and you breach our agreement, you will receive no refund.
- If we feel that your behavior towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership or services and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.
- DiasporaEngager website may contain links that will allow you to leave DiasporaEngager's website and access another website (e.g. linked websites, third party website). We can’t refund you if you purchase on those website. In fact, linked websites are not under the control of DiasporaEngager and these websites have different refund policies. The DiasporaEngager Refund Policy applies solely to our products and services (e.g. our paid premium membership fee). DiasporaEngager urges you to be careful when you visit other sites. DiasporaEngager accepts no responsibility or liability for these other websites.
