1. The problems we are trying to solve

Because of brain drain, many nations lack qualified professionals to satisfy their human resource needs. Consequently, several countries try to encourage their educated people living abroad to come return home to help them. Unfortunately, because of many reasons, those calls for help are not working. DiasporaEngager is the Global Diaspora Engagement Platform dedicated to helping solve this problem by creating a systemic path for each nation and Diaspora to better work together to help interested Diasporans to safely and successfully return back home.

1.1. If you are a Diaspora member wanting to return back to your home country, please read this section 1.1 first

• DiasporaEngager platform provides an avenue to locate the parties interested in opportunities related to the return of Diasporas to their Home Country and we help them to start the communication or partnership required to define the conditions and context of the return of qualified Diaspora members to their original country.
• We encourage people and organizations interested in the return of Diasporas back to their home country. We exhort them to register on our platform and contribute with resources that can aid.
• We enlighten the institutions or organizations in any country to define the opportunities that they can provide so that the Diaspora can scrutinize and match their expectations with what is available in their home country.
• DiasporaEngager provides the environment to facilitate that dialog and we work together with local and international agencies involved in migration, traveling, or development to harness any opportunities that can assist anyone in this transition.
• We encourage governments affected by brain drain to create new programs to assist their Diaspora to return home, and we will help you to find those programs.
• We will help you find the people (e.g. Diaspora members), organizations, and opportunities you need more easily wherever they are.
• DiasporaEngager will help you connect to individuals and organizations in your areas of need or interest, and according to your country of origin, country of residence, or country of choice, and much more.
