Ghanaian Association of Greater Seattle was formed in 1993 with a mission to serve as a support group to Ghanaians and their immediate families, and to pursue common goals that would enrich their lives, promote their common heritage, culture, social and economic development and maintain a lasting friendship.
Mission Statement
The mission statement of the Ghanaian Association of Greater Seattle are:
To promote and maintain fellowship and solidarity among Ghanaians, their children, spouses and associates living in the Greater Seattle area.
To promote a forum for members of GHASEA to meet as a group and share information and contribute to socio-economic and political development in Ghana.
To promote the Ghanaian culture in the Greater Seattle area in particular, and in Washington State, in general.
To promote investment and business development opportunities between Ghana and Greater Seattle business communities for mutual interests. |
