Mission: The Coptic Assembly of America (CAA) is dedicated to promoting equality, unity, human rights and democracy in Egypt for all citizens and to protecting the unique cultural identity of Egypt's Coptic Christians. CAA uses education, training, communication and advocacy campaigns to unify and galvanize Copts, while building coalitions with like-minded organizations to provide an effective, unified voice on behalf of Copts in America. Coptic Assembly of America is an organization of action not just events or words. This is an advocacy group that is going to the heart of making change in this country ? Washington, D.C. By partnering with the Leadership Council for Human Rights and forming coalitions with other organizations, and by organizing, mobilizing and energizing the Coptic community in America, we will make a difference in the lives of our Coptic brothers and sisters in Egypt. |
