The Ethiopian American is a non-political business magazine that serves the Ethiopian Diaspora. The Ethiopian American organizes the annual Ethiopian Diaspora Business Forum, which is taking place this year for the 8th time on July 27, 2013 at The George Washington University (Jack Morton Auditorium) and the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel, respectively, in Washington DC. The Ethiopian American publishes an annually published magazine that focuses on diaspora businesses and investment matters. In 2011, the magazine began the Pioneer Diaspora Awards, which recognises individuals for their pioneering contributions in their respective areas of business specialisation. |
