Since our founding, we have served over 150,000 people (immigrants, refugees as well as mainstream Portlanders) through the provision of programs and services that meet needs related to training and employment, health and aging, English language learning, naturalization and social adjustment, community development, early childhood, parenting and youth development, education and interpretation and translation (IRCO’s International Language Bank).
