About Afro-Germanica Online: This is a personal learning journey intended to educate myself and others on the accomplishments, history, and philosophies of AfroGermans past and present. I started this blog to educate myself and others as I learn about Black Germans (AfroDeutsche) of prominence, and also those who are not so prominent and shed light on their endeavors. As part of the overall African Diaspora, German Blacks have had a unique cultural experience throughout history, as we come from not only many nations but many viewpoints. I hope to explore many of the people and philosophies associated with this unique cultural group of which I can proudly say I am a member. |
